A. Yes! My Search System includes most Southern California cities.

Q. Your site is very specific to Santa Clarita Real Estate. What if I would like to hire you as my Realtor in another area?

A. I do work in other areas in addition to Santa Clarita upon request. Just give me a call or send me an email and I can let you know if your area is one that I work in. If not, I often know of an excellent Realtor in your area to help you!

Q. What is a short sale?

A. When an owner of a home can no longer make payments on their house for whatever reason, they can try to sell it prior to the bank foreclosing on the home. A short sale is usually when the the reason for not being able to pay is a hardship (loss of job, illness, loan resetting, divorce, etc.) and the lender agrees to take less for the home than the amount of the loan.

Q. What is a foreclosure?

A. A foreclosure is when a home has been repossessed by the lender and is now being sold by the bank.

Q. I am interested in New Homes in Santa Clarita. Can you help me with those as well?

A. Yes! New homes in Santa Clarita are an excellent choice! As long as you take me with you on your first visit to a New Home Center (VERY important) than I can represent you with your purchase. Otherwise, if you go and sign in without me, no one will be allowed to represent you!

Q. I want to buy a house but I don't know how much I can afford. I don't know any lenders. Can you help me find one?

A. Yes! I will provide you with a list of local lenders that have proven to be trustworthy and great with customer service. You may choose from this list after talking with them, or you can also find your own. Working with a referred lender is always my recommendation, however, as once into a real estate transaction, knowing your loan is going to come through is only assured when you trust your lender!

Q. I am relocating to the Los Angeles area from another state. Are you able to help me?

A. Yes! I love working with people who are new to the area. It might be my old traveling love, but I will do everything to help you make the move and find the right place for you to live!
